OXYGEN CONCENTRATION METER

The OX DISPLAY is an oxygen concentration meter, mainly used in brazing or passivation applications.

Usage tips

Sampling point: sampling is carried out at the vent, opposite the shielding gas injection point, where the oxygen disappears last.

Sampling line tightness: any air ingress through a fitting distorts the measurement. Stainless steel or nylon tubing, which has low oxygen permeability, is preferred.

Check in ambient air: before each series of measurements, the instrument should read 20.9% in ambient air. The cell must never be pressurised or wetted.
