The FCE99M-PVS-R calibrated leak is intended for checking the sensitivity and calibration of construction site and production leak detectors operating by sniffing at atmospheric pressure according to the EN 14624 standard.

In the same range:

For an adjustable leak (rather than a fixed value of 3 or 5 g/year), the FCE 24-PVA-DR adjustable leak features a built-in dual tank (expansion chamber + liquid gas reservoir) for HFC HFO HC refrigerant gases.

Compatible with:

The FCE 99M-PVS-R calibration leak compliant with the EN 14624 standard enables sensitivity testing of refrigerant gas detectors: DXR 240, HRD 92 SC and MTD 920.

Standard leak value of 3 g/year or 5 g/yr at gas vapor pressure at 20°C.
Designed to be supplied with gas in saturated vapor phase.
It has its own gas tank in liquid phase. SCHRADER type filling valve ¼ SAE male.
Delivered with a calibration certificate and a pressure-temperature/leakage flow correspondence curve.

Can be delivered for:

R134a, R1234ze, R1234yf, R600a, R290.

Use	The FCE 99M-PVS-R leak is a continuous flow leak, it has its own gas reservoir in liquid phase. SCHRADER type filling valve ¼ SAE male.
Leak value	3 g/yr [+/-20%] at the vapor pressure of the gas at 20°C. 5 g/yr [+/-20%] at the vapor pressure of the gas at 20°C. Other values, contact us.
Gas	R134a, R1234ze, R1234yf, R600a, R290. Other gases contact us.

The FCH99M-PVA-R150 adjustable calibrated leak is intended for sensitivity control and calibration of production and laboratory leak detectors operating by sniffing at atmospheric pressure.

In the same range:

For an adjustable leak supplied by an external bottle with pressure regulator (without built-in tank), the FCH 99M-PVA adjustable leak is the alternative for HFC HFO HC refrigerant gases, as well as CO2, H2/N2, Helium and Argon.

Compatible with:

The FCH 99M-PVA-R150 adjustable calibrated leak enables sensitivity testing of multi-gas production detectors MTD 920 and MTD 930, as well as the Helium and Argon leak detector TG EXPERT.

Leak value adjustable in a value range depending on the applied pressure.
Designed to be supplied with gas in the “dry” vapor phase.
It has its own gas tank to fill in the “dry” vapor phase. 1/4FL filling needle valve.
Delivered with a calibration certificate and a pressure/leakage flow correspondence curve.

Use	La fuite FCE 24-PVA-DR est une fuite ajustable à débit continue, elle doit être alimentée en gaz en phase vapeur « sèche ». Elle est possède un double réservoir : une chambre de détente et un réservoir de gaz à remplir en phase liquide. Vanne de remplissage type SCHRADER 1/4FL.
Leak value	Valeur de fuite ajustable entre 1 g/an et 5 g/an environ [+/-20%] selon la pression appliqué. La plage d’ajustement dépendant de la version de la fuite et du type de gaz. Autres valeurs nous consulter.
